Mom Refuses To Leave My Apt

For a little context, I don’t have the greatest relationship with my mom, there’s some history of things she’s said/did that I have not forgiven or really moved on from.

I let my mom come stay at my apartment about a week ago because she was evicted out of her place, she originally asked me for $3200 to cover her past due rent and court fees to be able to keep her place, but I refused to give her the money, but I didn’t want her to be on the streets or sleeping in her car. It’s still my mom at the end of the day. However, I told her yesterday that i can’t allow her to stay there much longer because I don’t want to get evicted for violating my lease for allowing someone who isn’t on the lease to live there.

Now she won’t leave and I’m not sure what to do. I don’t know if I even have the right to call the police to have her removed, and if I did do that, I risk the apt complex finding out. My dad is telling me I need to call the police and have them remove her, but I’m worried in doing so, the apt complex will find out and potentially evict me for a lease violation.
