Mother Stole Several Social Security Numbers To Evade Jail/prison Time

Card image cap

My mother is currently suing me for grandparent rights because I have gone no contact for several years now and have prohibited access to my children. I was going through paperwork, and found that she has been charged with 200+ crimes (mostly financial, identity theft including a judge, theft of a house, etc). However, when I went through the charges I noticed that she used at least 8 different social security numbers and over 30 aliases starting in 1992 to at least 2010, I’m sure there’s more, just still going through documentation.

My question is this… Is there statute of limitations on identity theft/fraud when it comes to evading prosecution? She’s only been to jail for 4 years total, but that’s because she’s been using different names and social security numbers, had she used correct information she probably would have served much more time. Do I report this to police or wait to go before the judge at my hearing? The charges span at least 5 states at the moment, but I’m sure she’s doing things currently.
