Mother Tried To Flee To Texas With My Daughter Without My Permission?

I am in Connecticut, my child’s mother tried to flee to Texas with my daughter taking her out of school before I can pick her up without my knowledge of doing so. I hired a lawyer and the judge granted me temporary physical custody and that she cannot leave the state. I have tried calling and texting the mother to let me see my daughter but she keeps ignoring the message. We have a court hearing on the 28th, all I want is 50/50 custody. Would this look bad on her part if she is keeping my daughter away from me and ignoring me even with a temporary physical custody order from the judge? Can she just leave to Texas without my permission? If I get 50/50 custody, will she be allowed to move to Texas without my daughter.
