My Aunt Was Beating By Her Boyfriend

This happened in Mexico, my aunt got beaten up pretty bad by her boyfriend, and my aunt went to the doctor/police and long story short, the guy has an order of arrest here in Mexico. However, we know he left to the United States a couple days ago and according to my aunt one of his friends told her his exact location, my question is, is it possible to turn this information to the police in the United States so they can arrest him and deport him? (He’s illegal) or is nothing that can be done? We’d rather him be arrested but if it’s not possible we’ll just give ICE a tip
