My Boss Called Me A Liar

I live in edmonton alberta and over the 26th and 27th of December had to call in sick due to having the flu. My boss was very rude to me when I had to call her in order to notify her that I wasn't able to come in those days as I was pretty much bedridden. Then today (the 28th of December) I got a text message from her accusing me of not actually being sick and saying that we need to "have a chat" when I work next to see if I need to be written up. I don't know where to go from here because I wasn't lying about being sick and the thought of having to face her when I go back is really stressing me out as she is a very mean person in general. Is it worth going to the alberta labor board about this?
