My Boss Told Me To Stop Dressing Girly

I am a gay male I work at a Hilton in Louisiana I’m aware this is a fire at will state but basically I do have long hair but I follow company policy’s saying to keep it above my collar so I put it up in a clip nice and neat no wear in the company handbook says that I’m not allowed to wear bracelets or necklaces but I’m hats something that to him is “considered” “girly” I also occasionally wear some eyeliner and mascara when we have big events to look nice and presentable (I work for the banquets part of the hotel) but again no where in the handbook says that I a male am not allowed to wear makeup up. I’ve also been doing this for over a year that’s I’ve worked here and all of a sudden he has a problem with me being “girly” my boss is the general manger of the hotel top boss and he had a private conversation about me with the banquet captain telling her “if he doesn’t stop dressing girly he will be fire” please what can I do someone help me
