My Brother Wants To Take An Entire Million Dollar Company We Inherited.

Hello Everyone,

My father passed away in hungary a year ago, he left behind multiple properties and several companies without a will for me and three other siblings.

One of my brother was working in the company, as an employee, he was being paid for his work. the rest of us live abroad.

After the process started at notary. we agreed to appoint a lawyer as a guardian for the companies so that they can resume operations.

Later when we start discussion, we agreed to divide everything 1/4th, but my brother insisted that he should keep the entire companies since “they are worthless.” later I found out that the companies are actually worth around a million dollar . I accessed the public records and saw the previous years tax reports, profit and loss etc.

later the guardian conspired with my brother and appointed my brother as manager.

They have not provided us with a single information about the companies operations.

my 2 other siblings, gave up their share to make my brother a majority shareholder and sideline me.

finally he offered to pay me 30,000 for my shares , not the 250,000k we initially agreed as 1/4th of the book value .

the process is still ongoing at notary.

My lawyer told me that there’s nothing I can do since i’m a minority share holder.

The notary said, only the manager can provide me the details, but the manager is my brother and he is not providing me any information.

Do i really not have an option ?

thanks
