My Company Deducted Money From My Checks They Shouldn't Have....for 15 Years.

Sorry this is going to be long winded.

So I am a flooring installer. I work for a company that is known as a 2 door shop. Half of it is non union. The other half is union. We're technically two different company's. I was on the non union side then when they opened up the union side I was the first installer asked to join. That was back in 2011. About a month before all this went down they brought in medical benefits. But quickly after that I "switched companies" to the union side so I never used any of those medical benefits. Now my pay stubs have a bunch of deductions on it that I've never really put much thought into. Markert recovery and pre med tax being two of them. I've always assumed the pre med tax was just my unions medical insurance. The book keeper recently called and asked me what that was. Found it weird that she was asking me that. So I started asking the other union installers if I could see their deductions. Turns out it was only on mine. I asked the book keeper to find where it was going to and when it started. She found it was from Sept of 2011 and was going to the company's account.

Now I'm just wondering what my rights are here. Is their a statute of limitations on what I am entitled to be reimbursed? Am I entitled to all of it? What about interest?

The book keeper notified the owners of this and then came back and flat out told me "I may have told you more than they wanted me to tell you ". They told her they handle it from here on out. This was last week. Since then I haven't been contacted about it at all. I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt and think it was just a mistake....but I'd also like to be prepared and know my rights before hearing their solution to this. Thanks for your advice.
