My Condo Has Been Leaking Water For Over 60 Days And The Condo Association Has Not Completely Fixed It Yet. I Don't Know Where Else To Turn.

Not sure if this is the right place to post or not.

So to start off, I bought a 1 bed / 1 bath condo back in 2020. Everything was fine and had no issues at the time, the association was good and had proper communication. It was around the time in late 2021, my girlfriend (now wife) moved in with me. In the summer of 2022, we went on a 10 day vacation to California, but came back with a ceiling in BOTH the bedroom and bathroom completely soaked/drenched with water which ruined many pieces in the bedroom and bathroom including my floors, some of our furniture, etc. I filed a claim with my insurance and communicated with the association, but they were able to get the problem "solved" at the time, said it was a roof problem, and it will be replaced "soon" so they will patch it, but in the meantime, I went ahead and replaced all my floors with tile for further prevention in case this ever happened again. Things were moving along with no problems, but in late 2023, the ceiling in the bedroom was holding MORE water again. So I (again) communicated with the association, but they took their sweet time getting it taken care of this time. They keep telling me "its an outside issue, that there is a problem with the roof, it will be fixed soon." So i told them okay and they finally sent a person out to get the drywall on the ceiling replaced after a week of fighting with them. In early 2024, we got our notice in the mail that our entire roof was being replaced (yay) so everything should be good right? Wrong. In January this year, my wife woke me up at around 6am telling me she felt a drop of water hit her foot, we woke up and our ENTIRE room was drenched with about 10+ gallons of water on the floor including a ceiling full of water, along with water seeping out of the walls and baseboards. I immediately took pictures and notified my insurance (yet again), who told me their corporate would have to be notified since its the 2nd time in the same spot and same area(s). I also took hundreds of pictures and videos for evidence, along with notifying the association (yet again). They decided to drag their feet and took THREE weeks to get back with me on sending someone out to get the drywall removed so they can find the root cause of what is going on. They also sent a person out to make sure the stucco was also repaired on the outside, and we were good (or so we thought). The drywall person came by 2 weeks ago and said he still wasn't comfortable putting new drywall back on because he said the concrete on the outside still felt damp, to which I said thank you and did not want to waste his or his workers time (he is on my side). I called the association after him swinging by to tell him specifically what he told me, they told me "they will look into it" and we concluded the call. Last wednesday, we had another storm and our area was leaking water again for the 4th time, so I called the association team who told me "we will keep looking into it", now i'm to the point where I think they want to shoo me off as much as possible. Moving to this morning, where we had another gnarly thunderstorm and our floor is you guessed it, FLOODING in our bedroom yet again. My wife took a bunch of photos and videos, to which i uploaded onto our insurance platform and notified the association again (had to leave a voicemail) telling them this is the FIFTH time we've notified them about this, and I'm starting to feel a little bit of neglect from their end.

I'm at a total loss on what to do. Just FYI, I've made personal notes every time I've called the association, talked with the drywall people, which i've relayed all of this to my insurance, but i have a feeling i'll get denied claim wise because it's technically the condo association's fault since it's been a recurring outside issue.

Any help / advice would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: This is in Florida if that helps with anything, sorry I forgot to mention this
