My Dog *allegedly* Bit Another Dog And I'm Being Charged By City With M1 Dog Bite Charge Punishable With Up To 6 Months Jail Time..

Long story short my dog jumped my 6 ft fence and allegedly, I say allegedly because 4 months later and we have not been reached out about about any vet bills, attacked a neighbor dog. The lady shot and killed our dog during this confrontation.
