My Employer Hasn't Been Paying My Child Support After Taking It Out Of My Checks

My employer has been taking my child support out of my checks but haven't been paying it i just found out my license is suspended and I have kids I need to take to school i have a new employer but my old one haven't given any of the 4,000 dollars they took out of my checks to child support im in colorado and my employer is in South Carolina what should I do? This is destroying my credit and now I can't legally drive either I really don't know what to do or how to do it what kind of legal action can I take so my life stops falling apart?
UPDATE: I've talked to both child support agencies and one said they won't suspended my license and the other said I need to pay the 1000 I (my previous employer) owes them and I need to keep consistent full payments for 3 months I contacted my previous employer and told them that unless they pay what they owe I will pursue legal action I've also found out that the company has been taken to small claims several times over the same kind of issue im having and that there getting sued by a retirement company in New York city for non payment I have a meeting With an attorney on Monday I'll update again if anything substantial happens
