My Ex Cleaned Out My Bank Account, Can I Do Anything About It?

So I am disabled, in a wheelchair and partially disabled and am on disability and poor af. I needed cash and my ex who I actually have a restraining order on happened to be at my neighbors. It was extremely dumb, I know but I asked him to run to the store for me. He had done it a million times in the past so I didn't think twice. Well he cleaned me out. Left me with $30 to get through the month. I don't even know if I can press charges on him as he knows my pin and I gave him my card. I know there is no getting that money back. I'm just heartbroken and screwed. It's not a lot of money but it's all I had. Please don't give me grief as I promise you can't make me feel any worse than I already do. Can I press charges if I gave him my pin or will the police say it's a civil matter?
