My Ex Wants Custody Over My Baby When Its Born

Im only 16 an she 25 but she claim she wanna keep the baby all to herself when theyre born.

She claim im not good enough and that Im gonna be a bad influence and the kid gonna turn up like me. I tried reasonin with her n person and on text but she blocked me everywhere and refuse to meet up to talk this out. It’s been over 3weeks since she ghosted me on the topic.

The baby due around June or may and this still ain’t figured out. I dont want her to raise it cause shes horrible at financial choices and she act bipolar most the time, so this wont be good for that kid’s future mental.

Since im underage and she ain’t how is this gonna work out? I have a bad criminal record so is the judge going to deem me as the “bad parent” and I lose custody??

I never wanted this kid plus she (lied)told me that she’d take plan B after, then all this happened. Is she gonna get arrested instead?

I dont have any money for a lawyer if we do go to court so what should I do for representing myself?

Im in VA so is the local laws different? Any advice or even comment is appreciated and gon help me out
