My Ex Won't Leave Me Alone, Is There Anything I Can Do?

I have an ex who won't leave me alone and has sent me extremely disturbing pictures and texts from all sorts of apps (Discord, Pinterest, even stupid Milanote), and every time I block an account a new one appears. It's getting borderline insane how she can't have a life and how she thinks she did nothing wrong for me to leave her. I left her because she hung out w a dude who did smth REALLY bad to me (Raped me) even when I told her not to, as well as a year of lying to me about absolutely insane shit such as being raped, molested, having multiple disorders and/or illnesses (I know she lied because she later admitted to it), and when I finally have enough and break up with her she can't leave me alone. She has sent me pictures of SH as well as messages stating that she's gonna kill herself because of me. I just want to be happy but this has been going on since July this year and I don't know if I have the energy to keep ignoring it.

I know law enforcement can't really do anything since she's American and I'm Swedish, and the things they can do are very small and need a LOT of evidence that is hard to prove. Like with the pictures, she could just say she never sent them on Milanote and that I added them to frame her, because I've blocked her every time she's contacted me and tried to ignore it I don't have a lot of screenshots of her messages. I've tried to threaten with restraining orders but I don't even know how to get one or If I even can.
Is there anything I can do?
