My Former Employer An E-commerce Supplement Company Is Knowingly Selling Expired And Products And Products Without Proper Warnings.(us- Nv)
I recently got fired from a job at an e-commerce company that engaged in some seriously shady practices. They were selling products in California that required Proposition 65 warnings, but refused to put the warning on them. To make matters worse, they were also relabeling expired products with new expiration dates and selling them as new. When I brought these issues up with my superiors, they brushed me off. Shortly after, I was fired. They did make me sign an NDA when I started employment, so I'm limited in what specifics I can share. This feels incredibly unethical and possibly illegal. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar and what actions I can take, given the NDA. Should I report this to someone? If so, who? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
