My Friend Is Due To Have Her Baby Next Month And Smokes Weed, In Alabama It's Illegal, Will She Get Arrested When The Baby Is Tested At The Hospital?

My friend is due next month and has smoked weed her entire pregnancy and says her doctor knows and said it's allowed for nausea. We live in alabama and weed is illegal here. I'm not sure if when she has the baby they will take her baby for child endangerment or arrest her. So basically what should I be expecting next month? I just go off what she says about her doctor being okay with it. I'm genuinely worried about the baby and it's health since she has literally smoked every single day of her pregnancy. Will she get charged and/or baby be taken by cps for both testing positive for weed?
