My Grandmother’s Employer Has Stopped Paying Her On Time And Does Not Pay Her For Full Hours Worked

Hii i really dont know how to help and im looking for any advice to assist my grandmother. She works for a small company that offers college assistance. Recently her employer took away her insurance without informing her and she was unable to get her medications for weeks due to the unexpected news and while she awaited approval from medicaid. That was shitty in itself, but now shes getting paid weeks after her expected pay day. The past 2 pay checks are about $800 when she should be getting $2000 for the her time worked. This is all really upsetting and i feel totally helpless. Shes vulnerable and needs this money to survive, this all just feels very wrong on a humane level and illegal. What can we do to hold this employer accountable and get my grandmother paid for her hard work? Please help, thank you!! Oh and we live in Texas.
