My Husband Left Me

My husband left to do a job with our small business out of state, while I stayed home. I was involved in an accident that required major surgery. I still need home care, luckily family and friends have been able to help provide. I am unable to work outside the home. I am able to maintain paying all the business & household expenses, although my husband has been collecting all the funds from contractors and keeping them since he left mid September. I have been using Savings to make sure all the bills are kept in good standing. My husband has had no communication with me during this time except a few texts and limited responses to my emails. A few weeks ago he made an announcement to his followers on his social media platform that he was not coming home. Since then he has been selling the business assets, equipment, trailers, etc. I then found out incidentally that some of the money is being used to pay off credit cards he has taken out that I was not aware off. I am in the process of completing the dissolution of marriage paperwork so I can file and get him served. My question is can I ever get restitution for my interest/stake in the company assets that he liquidated and the income he withheld?
