My Landlord Is Recording Audio

Card image cap

My landlord has recently installed security cameras that record audio of the driveway. I was not informed there would be audio, and my lease does not state that there will be any video or audio recording. There are no signs on property stating that it is under video or audio surveillance. I only found out audio was being recorded when she sent me a video telling me I parked incorrectly. The cameras are sensitive enough to record my private conversations. As none of the people involved in the conversations were notified there was audio recording being done, is this legal? And if not, what can I do about it?
