My Landlord Is Refusing To Fix My Heat.

Card image cap

Is there anyway i could sue my landlord or the person who owns my apartment for not having my radiator/ heater turned on?

I’ve had multiple issue with the landlord and i’ve address it to him face on but he keeps mentioning on how “he’ll get to em or he has to wait on parts to come in”

Heat is not the only issue i’ve had with this landlord, i’ve had rodent issue, and a water leak from the ceiling too.

The water leak was fixed but took them so long to actually fix it.

I’m not too familiar with the Realtor code of ethnics but would this be something that violates it?

Would this count as for failed act of fiduciary duty? as they are not acting in my best interest? but yet idk if that would affect me as i’m just a resident in the apartment and not a buyer/owner.

Any help or feedback or insight would be greatly appreciated!

I’m in Pennsylvania for context.

One part i left out, I am currently sick and i did offer to wear mask n not be in the same room he would be in to fix my heater but still decided not to come.
