My Landlord Just Starting Renting Out A Heated Bathroomless Loft Above A Detached Garage In My Backyard Without A Rental License.

I have pictures of the Facebook marketplace listing. It was called "apartment" in the title but stated "no bathroom" and "not actually an apartment" in the description. I thought it's illegal to name something an apartment if it is not licensed as such, right? Maybe I'm wrong. I have texts of him telling me he was just renting to someone who was using the space for storage and their small business, but we catch the light turning off and on at extremely late hours too often. It just feels really gross that my landlord is profiting off of this individual who is willing to live like this. I'd be more okay with it if he was just honest with me about it and less of a profiteer. We have a lot of pictures of the light at strange hours, texts, and other screenshots. I think I might be paying for the electricity bill there too and that’s not in my contract.
