My Landlord Says I Can’t Have Three Cars, But I Don’t Think Lease Agreement Corroborates That. Tucson, Az

My girlfriend & I have three cars in our car port. My personal car, her car, and a van we use for work. They’re under an outdoor carport with two spaces. We pull the van up and park my girlfriend’s car behind it. Today my landlord said we have to find a place to park the van somewhere else because it “looks crazy”. I looked at my lease agreement, below is what it says on Parking and Vehicles- “Residents shall NOT store any vehicles, trailers or car parts, or make any vehicle repairs on the property: (Any vehicle maintenance or repair including oil change must be off property or adjacent street). No excessively loud resident or guest vehicles. No excessive vehicle or visitor traffic. Damaged vehicles or vehicles leaking fluids to be repaired as soon as possible and no vehicles to be marked/displayed for sale. Visitor parking to be preapproved (for privacy and safety of residents) and park in designated areas only. Resident responsible for damage due to guest/visitor.” That is verbatim from my lease agreement. We are not “storing” and of these cars, they are all used at least every other day on a rotating basis, but alas I am not a lawyer so I don’t know if the legal definition of “storage” is different than how I am interpreting it. We are also not causing excessive traffic, we both leave & come back once a day. Am I required to move the van per my lease agreement, or does the lease agreement not cover have 3 cars?
