My Manager Stole My Tips And Gave Them To Charity

I’m just looking for advice because I’m not sure if this is okay. So I finished work at 1am last night and completely forgot to take my tips, (we keep our individual tips in little glasses with our names on them), when I arrived to work this morning I seen my tip jar empty but my name was still on it. I went to see my manager and she said that if you don’t take them at the end of the night then I’m just going to put them in the charity pot. I don’t know it just feels like she stole them because it was less than 12 hours from my last shift and the jar literally had my name on it. Could have atleast just left it in the staff room for me if she had a problem with them being behind the bar. Just looking for any advice people have.
