My Mom Cashed My Fasfa Check Without My Consent

So basically my mom cashed in my fasfa check of $2500 and forged my signature, she doesn’t have a job and she’s done something like this to me last year (she maxed out my credit card without my knowledge and i forgave her for that and i’m still currently paying that off) So I don’t know what to do because she lied to me saying she doesn’t know what happen to it but i contacted my school and they sent me the check that she cashed and it was sent to her account with my forged signature. How should I go about this, any advice? Oh and she’s also never admits she’s wrong and a difficult person to deal with.
