My Mother Broke Into My House

This is the state of Virginia. I (25m) worked to get my families land signed over to me after it sat for 12 years in probate. I managed to get each signature and the deed transferred into my name at the court house as of 11/08/2024. My mother (43f) and her husband (50m) both drug addicts now feel immense regret for signing the paper. They recently have decided to start threatening me. Her husband states he has taken a lien on the property with no legal deed. Using the fact at some point they had it marked as in the care of for the taxes. That he can have me trespassed and charged for working on the land prior to it being in my name. Even though, I had informed each heir and had their consent prior to beginning. He has made the threat, he has killed 2 people and for me not to make him kill again. He told me to get good home owners insurance. That it would be an awful accident if something were to happen to the home. They went into the home recently taking pictures of the windows trying to sell them on marketplace. Telling me they are tearing the home apart to sell the materials to build a cabin else where on the land. I have screenshots of the entire interaction. Would this be enough evidence to have them trespassed? And a protective order put against my step father for my safety?
