My Serving Job Has A Strange Tip Out. Is This Legal Or Normal To Anyone Here?

Is this legal or normal?
Can’t post a photo but have in another community so maybe someone can make sense of this.
Tonight, I walked out with $330 even after working a double which seemed low, after I calculated what I should’ve been walking with.
As you can see on my slip: tables paid for their meals in some cases in cash and I received $391.25 total cash, with some of that being cash tips. I received roughly $204 in CC payments AFTER tip out to bar and bussers.
I owed the house back $187.14 for the cash amounts of the meals paid entirely in cash, ok, normal.
I go to cash out and I am told that i don’t get paid the CC tips because I “made more in cash and so my CC tips are included in the cash that I walk out with at night”.
I walked out with $330. My calculations put me at being owed $204 and some change PLUS the $330 after I owed the house money back. I should’ve walked with $534, correct?
My employer says if we have more in cash it absorbs and I’m making my CC tips in my cash too. It makes no fucking sense so tell me if I’m being scammed.
Thanks in advance.
