My Sister Has A Criminal Past.

hello! my sister has always has a stealing problem. she steals money, peoples belongings, she sells other peoples things. she had a support system throughout this but because of the stealing, others have shunned her. including family.

my sister (to be more specific - half sister) is about 7 years older than me and has a baby who’s about 4-6 months now. (this is important because this is one of my main worries in case my sister ever goes to jail)

growing up, my mom never let me see or use my sin card and i only got to keep it with only me when i was 19 and moved out. i would be refused or heavily questioned about why i would want it every time. she always kept it in her room.

my mom is also very abusive and we did not live in a good and loving environment.

i went to apply for government financial assistance because i had to uproot everything and move to a different city to get away. while applying for government aid - i was given a small report of past loans and such.

in april 2015, there was a joint credit card application. i was 11 years old and did not have a credit card.

in july 2022, there was a mortgage loan. i will be so honest with anyone is who reading. i am only 20 years old and just recently learned the meaning of what a mortgage is.

and the last big one was in april 2023, and it was an auto loan/lease.

i have no idea what to do next. i have no money for a lawyer and no parents i can rely on. i tried to think about the next step. but i cant.
