My Sons Mother Put Him In Day Cause We Got In A Fight

My child’s mother and i are not together and had an agreement that i would get him on my days off ( Sunday afternoon-Wednesday afternoon) this was going on since July 2024 . January 6, 2025 i go to pick up my son , we get in a heated argument about her telling me all of these rules she is making and i have to go . , i stand up for myself and tell her that this isn’t fair and its 50/50 . She ends up getting frustrated and puts her hands on me in front of my son , her sister and her mother, in which they had to get her off of me … a day or two go buy and i get a call from her saying “it’s personal “ and then hangs up really fast.. January 16 she signed him up for a daycare Monday through Friday over minding my days with my son .. my son lives in Los Angeles and i live 2 hours north .. so instead of me just picking him up and going home .. i have to drive 2 hours and stay in los Angeles for 4 days with nowhere to stay in or take my son and i only get to see him for 5 hours a day .. i need help
