My Super Tore A Hole In My Bathroom 4 Months Ago To Fix A Leak On The Floor Below Me…they Put A Garbage Bag Up And Still Haven’t Fixed It…is There Anything I Can Do To Force Them To Fix It?

I live in an apartment building and had a leak on the floor below me in September…I just ran into my super today and he says he still doesn’t know when they’re coming, the last time they hired a contractor he knocked on our door at 8:30am a few weeks ago and left without working! It’s the most infuriating thing and I’ve debated pursuing legal action to make them do something, more because of the fact that my neighbors (who pay 3x the rent we do) would of had this problem fixed easily, it’s very clear that he doesn’t care because we pay way less rent. Are there any legal actions I can take? I feel like there has to be an organization that takes care of things like this
