My Uncle Just Gave Away My Grandmothers Home And Money.

My uncle has always had his name on my grandmothers bank account and home. After his wife died recently, he was introduced to a woman we would later find out has over 35 aliases, and is a known scammer. She has larceny and fraud all over her records. Within three months he has removed my Grandmothers name from the deed of the house and extracted $80,000 from her accounts, and another $25,000 that was meant as an inheritance for my Mother in cash, was taken from its place in a relatives safe for my Grandmother to live off of.
The situation is sticky because I would be willing to bet my Grandmother could be deemed mentally fit, but I don’t think my Uncle is.
Right now he has her living in a trailer with his daughter and grandchildren on his property.
Are there any resources that could advise us on how best to proceed. I live out of state and just learned about all of this.
