My Wife Took My Car

My wife left for work Monday and hasn't been home since. She has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder a couple of years ago and goes through manic episodes where she goes off the grid, me and her sister got in contact with her only telling us shes safe. We are a one vehicle household and now I have to rely on my parents to take me to work and our three kids to school. Can I call the police reporting the car stolen? Only my name in on the title but because we are married on not sure if she has legal rights to the car. Please me nice in your answers, this is very difficult for me and it also looks like the marriage is not gonna make it
