Nc Ivf Facility And Billing

Long story short, my last appointment with our IVF clinic was in July of this year (2024.) Since then, we have called and emailed easily 10 times requesting a final bill to pay. We have yet to receive one, or ANY bill for that matter, as they say insurance is still pending. Our insurance is covering 0%, they've known this and we have been very upfront with them that our insurance does not have IVF coverage. Looking at my insurance portal, insurance has denied every single claim, with nothing pending, and I have offered to show them the denials. I have told them many times I want a final bill so we can pay in full. I am not looking to do anything but pay.. still nothing.

Does anyone know how long can they drag this out? We're wanting to just pay our bill and get it over with since we have a lot of other medical bills starting to pile up with our 5 year olds own medical issues, but can't receive any response. Any advice/input?
