Need Help

Hallo, i live in Belgium (Liege) and married with Indian girl. All is ok but accidently i heard that my wife and my mother in law speak too much harsh / bad (gaali galoch) words for my family.. we have daughter. Her family her mother and her younger brother are always trying to take advantage of my money. my questions is if by any chance if proceed for divorce - can i save my house we bought together (she is not working as i am the only working) and save my daughter and let her deport her back to India? she is indian citizen and my self is belgium citizen ? Please advise as i am in a need of genuine help. Thank you.
