Need Help Presenting My Cousin In Court After Abuse From His Father

My cousin 15M is has gone thru a divorce , and because his mother is barely literate she was unable to get custody, after that he was forced to live with his basic deadbeat father who remarried right away . For months my cousin way confined to bad living conditions denied the most basic needs to go to school not to forget was beat half to death by his father over a non existing photo that my cousin took of his new wife (my cousin did in fact not take that picture and it seems the new wife is extremely sadistic and has some sort of undiagnosed mental condition) , so to make it short I need somebody to help me make a script and and tell me how to provide evidence

As far as why I don’t have a lawyer , I live in Morocco witch does not have the guarantee of a lawyer by the public , my cousins mom lives on minimum wage in a house she owns , and to hire a lawyer is half months worth of salary (no food electricity or supplies which she needs to work for half a month) not to mention that her position is easily replaceable so she will most likely be fired if she doesn’t have the supplies for her job .
