Neighbor Parks Garbage Truck Next Door Iowa

I am trying to figure out what legal options might exist for the following:
Our neighbor's family owns a garbage collection business that services the town we live in, along with other neighboring towns and rural areas. It makes living in our home unbearable due to the smells, bug infestations and animals in attracts. We have talked to our other neighbors about it and why nothing is done, and they say it has been brought up before but nothing is done because of the family name that owns the business.
What legal options do we have to try and get them to park the truck elsewhere?
Issues we face: - smells make it so we can't enjoy our yard during warmer weather, can't even open windows - bug infestations. The amount of money we have spent on pest control is outrageous. - attracts animals. The drippings from the trucks attracts cats, dogs and other wild animals daily and makes our kids afraid to be outside. - constant trash all over our yard and we get citations from the city to get it cleaned up. - afraid to grow a garden as who knows what has leeched into the soil
We have looked at our city ordinance and nothing is there saying they can't park a truck there. Would there be any Iowa law or DNR issue of soil contamination with whatever is dripping out of the truck? Shouldn't we have a reasonable expectation of being able to enjoy our property?
