No Longer Part Of Business But Owner Kept Credit Card In My Name

Virginia resident here. I left a business over a year ago, I helped open up their business credit card with Amex. I decided 6 months later I did not want to do business with them. We never had an operations agreement signs so I walked out. I find out a few weeks ago they still have the card under my name and they haven't paid the minimum on it for a few months, about 3k on it. I don't see the card registered on any of my credit reports or on my credit score, but I can't transfer ownership of the card until the account is in good standing. The bank account linked it the business bank account which is under his name and responsibility. Is there anything I can do?

Edit 1. I have let them know that I want off, they told me they'd make a payment in February but settl the account in April -_- I'm unable to make any changes to the account as it requires the security number which I haven't had the card in over a year. I have seen their chat log with support that they tried removing back in June of last year but I was never notified about it and could have helped. I've already screen shot all their chat logs with support going from jun-oct. It was said they needed my permission to remove but they never reached out to me
