Noise Problems W/ Apt. Neighbors

I have a fellow tenant who works in a bar.

He returns home btwn 3-4a w/co-workers and parties like it’s 7p.

Playing Video games and screaming at the tv top volume like it’s 7p as well.

I’ve contacted prop. mgt and have been told it’ll be addressed.

It never has.

I’ve knocked on the door asking to keep the noise down.

I’ve called the police.

It’s been going on for 8 years. It’s not a rare thing. It’s multiple nights each month.

Blg mgt doesn’t seem to care.

I’ve recorded it various times.

Any rec steps to take? (Yes, I have started collecting audio evidence.)
