Not Sure If This Is How, Or Where, I Am Supposed To Post This But I Need Federal Legal Advice.

The following is my legal issue that I emailed to the district attorney in my state. I don't know what to do, I have been reporting this for 3+ years and gone ignored by everyone I have reached out to. This is my final leap for help over the issue and I need legal advice as to why I am being ignored and why nobody will touch this case. To me, it's hands down a winner with a lot of monetary value for any lawyer since all I need is representation and someone to file all the legal paperwork for me that I don't understand, otherwise it's very straightforward. I'm afraid I'm going to end up one of those YouTube stories where I had everything and needed help and suddenly I'm found dead. Anyway.. read on if interested. Please help!!! What am I doing wrong?!?

Hello! My name by legal law is Bryan Thorne, but I go by Breanna socially and professionally where I can. I have been the victim of, at the very least, gross negligence by local/state police and the county sheriff, Sheriff Dicus and FBI. 

I'm sure you may have heard of me, which is also a breach of protocol and bias of law enforcement leading to negligence and bias of law enforcement to fulfill due process of investigation protocols by law and constitutional rights infringements of multiple counts for those of power to know of me, be whispering of my name, and tampering in investigations to put an end to them before they even started. And I assure you -everyone- is aware of this already.

I am the victim of sex trafficking from the state of Connecticut and I have medical proof to substantiate the fact I was microchipped like cattle. I fled the state once I was able, but not before suffering grievous misconduct by their local and state authorities as well as their medical practices.

I have come back to California and reported these heinous crimes consistently since it had happened and been covered up by medical personnel, and law enforcement, through lack of investigation into my claims by both. I believe gross negligence due to lack of following due process protocols by federal law.

San Bernardino County sheriff's department has ignored investigation of the local police department's misconduct and lack of investigation or procedural protocol dealing with gaining jurisdiction in investigating the crimes in Connecticut, as well as refusing to bridge jurisdictions with the local authorities in Connecticut to help conduct any investigations. I reported the crime directly to Sheriff Dicus in email format, detailing the crimes with picture proof attached to the emails that has yet to be responded to.

I have a bad reputation with the officers from the Police department in regards to me reporting to them and the officers trying to push knowledge outside their job description (medical advice) and lack of knowledge in laws regarding how to proceed with any action for which they had been called in the first place and asking me instead what laws or rights that I personally felt were violated which were many!

The FBI, CIA, FCC, IC3, FEDERAL NAVY, local and state Officers from CT and CA all have refused/failed to investigate my sex trafficking case, attempted murder of myself by my ex/roommates/medical personnel, murder of another person by medical staff and cover up, insurance fraud by medical staff, possible body of deceased found in a home I occupied in CT, stalking of myself by medical staff, impersonation of myself, my identity being stolen, my information found on the dark web, my phone and other personal devices hacked into, my social media hacked into, my receiving a data breach of my medical information stolen, the cover up of my medical information on MyChart, dirty cops in Connecticut covering up reports made by myself, cops giving me false information to contact them by regarding investigations, district attorney from CT not investigating, chief of police and special victims units all denying jurisdiction of my case and worst and last not being told why no jurisdiction fits the bill for investigations and/or why these investigations are being denied. Hell, I even reached out to NASA as a last ditch effort for crying out loud.

I have full evidence and proof to substantiate every single one of my claims, and even a lawsuit sitting in the district court of CT, with the beginning of my claims being accepted here in the district court of California that had then been transferred by the Honorary judge Sunshine Suzanne Sykes in the name of justice.

All that I originally needed was proper legal investigations to unfold to help substantiate my claims through law enforcement, and a lawyer to help represent me in court in the face of my abusers due to PTSD causing issues with me being able to speak about the atrocities I witnessed and endured, and it all unraveled into me being completely ignored by every entity I turned to or have been told to turn to and every legal aspect wasting the time of my lawsuit.

I have literally been told, by the FBI, when reporting to the FBI, that I need to report to the FBI tipline. I have done this for 3 years and I need someone to make them do their job before they're found liable for ignorance, at least in my lawsuit. And that's the LEAST of the charges I intend to bring to the judges attention. Some of which touch on treason and domestic terrorism.
