Nude Images From Hacked Account Posted On Porn Website (including Underage)

Hi all, About a year and a half ago, I received texts from an unknown number and they sent me nude photos of me taken from my Snapchat account. I assumed they would ask for money, so I never engaged and blocked them.

About a day ago, I started receiving a lot of followers on my Instagram and messages like “yo your tits are perfect.” I assumed they were bots so I ignored it and blocked all of them. Then I got an email on my university email account saying that naked photos of me were leaked online. I searched up my name + “naked” and a link came up to some amateur porn website where hundreds of photos and videos of me were posted. Some of them are from when I was 17.

I’m extremely scared because whoever did this has access to my personal emails (not even the one associated with the Snapchat account) and phone number. I’m obviously not going to engage with anyone who contacts me, and I’ve already submitted a request to Google to have the link taken down from search results, but I’m worried that the will just resurge again, as it happened after 1.5 years.

Any advice legal or nonlegal would be very helpful!

Edit: I’m 99% certain that it is not an ex because I only have one ex, and he helped me at the time of the initial hack to change my snapchat password and is definitely not the type. Also, the initial person who contacted me with the photos in 2023 thought that I went to a different university than I do because I had an ivy league university in my Instagram bio as a joke, so whoever did it only had the information that was public on my Instagram profile. I was staying at my house with my mom for the summer; no one had access to my phone or computer.

Is there any way to take legal action against this if it’s not someone I personally know? And if there isn’t, is it possible to have all of the photos gone or will they be in the scary Internet sphere forever? Not sure if there’s any way they have made their way to a bigger network of sextortion.

Edit 2: The website they were posted on is an ‘amateur leaked’ website (don’t really want to publicly say name) and it’s clear that the girls on there were hacked because people can comment on the leaks and people are providing girls’ snapchats (most of them look extremely young) and ask for them to be hacked; people are also rating me which makes me sick. It also says my full name, so people can search me up and see where I go to school, where I work, who my family is etc.
