Nurse Practitioner Poisoning Husband (la)

So, i found out my brother has been getting poisoned from his soon to be ex-wife.

Due to the extended of the poisoning and his symptoms, doctors think he has been being poisoned for the entirety of his marriage.

Long story short, the marriage fell apart after his wife revealed to him that she didn't want children.

He was constantly always getting sick, always tired, constantly falling asleep among other things. His hair ended up constantly falling out so he had surgical treatments to stop hair growth and went fully bald.

Is she going to be able to continue to practice medicine with this information coming out about her poisoning my brother? His health has been in free fall since he found out about what has happened.

With this information coming out, police have also found out that she is an actual practitioner of VooDoo as well. Police are not only pressing charges against her, but some of her associates as well.
