Oh - Recovering Title For My Deceased Relative’s Car

My mother passed a few years ago. I began driving her car and continued to use it after she passed with my dad’s blessing.

My dad paid off the car, however the bank dragged its feet in sending the title. Eventually (as in after a few years), they sent a lien release with my mother’s name on it, but no actual title for the car. Of course, we also have her death certificate as well as relevant certificates showing relation (marriage and birth respectively).

This where we are sitting now. We have this paperwork and want to know how to turn it into a title for the car with my name on it. Is it as simple as going to the county clerk and getting that resolved?
