Old Wrongful Death Suit…

My mother died in 1995 and a wrongful death suit was filed and won. (I just learned I was owed this money) Apparently I was to get 100k once I turned 18 but I didn’t even know she died until 1999 when I had just turned 18 and I was shown this court paperwork at the time I found out but I was just a kid and didn’t know this meant that as a survivor I was a beneficiary. How do I look this old case up in Arizona and get the information I need to find out how to access these funds? I have looked online however I don’t even know what county or who filed other than my grandmother and step father. How can I find out who this was paid out to or how to get this pay out? Thank you
