Options On False Owi

About a year ago I was pulled over for what the police believe was me being impaired because I supposedly swerved. That day I had worked a 16 hr shift in a hot steel mill in June. A friend was coming into town and we're going out to dinner, so I only got 4 hours of sleep prior to going out. We grabbed dinner and I did not drink. Got pulled over let the cops know I'm good nothings wrong. I do all the sobriety tests plus blew a 0.00 with 3 different officers and one of them was a trained Drug Reaction Expert. Each officer did their own sobriety tests on me. They found my pill bottle with my medicine. The bottle was just a little keychain bottle from the pharmacy so it didn't have the labels. I understand you're supposed to have the labels. Was not charged because I was sober but I spent 12 hours in jail & missed work. I was wondering is there any retribution or anything I can gain for my false arrest/time wasted or do I just shut-up & move on in life and have a legendary story?
