Order Of Protection/restraining Order Wa State

I am looking into getting a order of protection or RO against my ex who showed up where I am living unannounced, and I still don’t know how he got this address. My ex was psychologically abusive and controlling, threatened to kill himself in the past when trying to break up, would make jokes about killing me or stabbing me. I don’t have any physical evidence of this, however I have text messages with friends from when we were fighting and I had friends with me the times where he wouldn’t stop calling my phone until I answered. I know my friends would be willing to make a testimony if needed about what they witnessed in the relationship and the affect it had on me mentally. Is this enough evidence?
