Oregon State Law Regarding Delayed Reimbursements

As part of my contract, I am entitled to $2500 in equipment reimbursements annually. I submitted my reimbursement request 8/20/24, which was approved same-day. I've followed up a few times, most recently being 10/21/2024 when I was advised I would receive my check by the end of the week. Now in February, I am still awaiting this check.

I do see that per Oregon law they are required to provide me that check within 30 days, which obviously didn't happen. Does Oregon state law entitle me to any additional late fees or penalties given that my employer has made me wait five months for this reimbursement?
