Our Landlord Listed Our House For Sale. He Agreed To Let Us Stay Until House Is Sold. He Changed His Mind And Emailed Us A 14 Day Notice To Quit
He found out from the real estate agent that we installed a 14 foot above ground pool and we let our adult son to move in with us for a month. He was told that repairs needed to be done in the house (dirty baseboards, original shower curtain rod replaced, trim around fireplace broken, dead vines on side of house) He then emailed us a Right To Cure for us to fix the issues and remove pool and tell our son to move out. We agreed to the list. He emailed me today saying the pool and our son was caused to break the lease and is starting the eviction process, even though we took care of the problem. We dismantled the pool, our son moved out and we are fixing the other issues. We can still get evicted even though we answered the right to cause?
