Owners Son Is Making My Life Miserable.

Good evening reddit. I will try to make this quick. I work for a family owned pest control company. I sell termite fumigation to a lot of cities and counties on a bid process. I price it were the company makes a really good profit. The owners son runs the Fumigation department and he is not the easiest person to get along with. On previous fumes where I go to help, when he gets frustrated he gets to verbally abusive to the person who sold it, me.. Calling them a idiot, dumbass, your worthless and so on. His father dismisses these instances and he says "you know how he is" or he is a nice guy under all that anger. This has happened 3 times where he has embarrassed me in front of our coworkers. I do not let it bother me and basically let it roll of my back. He never apologizes. But when he needs something from me he is super nice and I take care of what he needs.. well 2 weeks I sold a $33k fume which i show up to help. His truck of helpers pull in which do not have licenses so security did not let in. He walks over and starts screaming at the security officer in front of the customer. He threatens to kick the guys ass. Once done verbally assaulting him he waddles over to me and starts screaming at me at the top of the lungs which I laugh at him. That triggered him more and he threatened to kick my ass and said he would kill me. This has never escalated this much. I got pissed and left the jobsite. I call the owner and told him what happened and he said.... oh he was probably just stressed, you know how he is.. I told him I was done selling fumes if I had to deal with him. Now Monday I am having a conversation with the owner and I said I can help with fumes but I am not working with him, and he said I have to get over it. I'm sorry for the long post.

My question is do I have grounds to sue as a hostile workplace. There was plenty of witnesses there.. or do I have any standing to not be forced to work with them. I make really good money but I refuse to work with that maniac.

Any help would be appreciated.

Forgot to mention I'm in Florida.
