Paid Tattoo Artist Before Second Session For Discount & Artist Ghosted Me

So, as the caption states, i had 1 tattoo session that was going to be split in two parts. The first session I paid $800 and the next one id pay $1000. After the first session the artist texts and says she’d give me a discount if I pay up front for the second session which at that time, we had scheduled. So I said sure, paid $800 to her $200 off. Long story short, we kept rescheduling because of HER. She kept cancelling. I have reached out so many times to please schedule me and it has been 4 months LATER. I am so sad I have an unfinished piece and $800 lost. What do I do? I paid her through PayPal friends and family so PayPal can’t do anything. Is there anything else I can do ??? I am so desperate for help
