Partner Falsely Accused Of Sexual Abuse

My partner was falsely accused of sexually abusing my son(15). The initial allegation came from my son’s father but over the last 7 months he has managed to get my son to go along with it. My partner does have an attorney but he hasn’t let me speak to him.
My ex was abusive to me and is abusive to my son. The courts have never taken that fact seriously before. I believe the abuse is why my son is willing to go along with his father’s accusations. When we were still together my ex tried to convince me to go to the police and report my own father for sexual abuse and spent a lot of time trying to convince me it had happened to me all throughout my childhood. He has also anonymously reported to CPS many times that I had sexually abused my son. I guess since those accusations weren’t ever believed he decided to go to the police and made the accusations against my partner this time.
I really just want to know if there is something I can be doing to stop all this? And is there anything I can do that will make my ex have to let me see my son? Is there something I can file that will make me be able to speak to my son? I received a text from my son’s phone number stating that he does not want to see me anymore. The text was obviously written by my ex and not my son, but since he’s 15 I know the courts won’t enforce the custody agreement.
