Passenger In Lyft That Was Involved In A 3 Car Accident

(based in California) I was riding in a lyft with seatbelt on and was stopped at a red light when the car was rear ended by another driver (it was NYE and he may have been drunk). That car then got hit by another car so it was a 3 car accident. My driver wasn’t at fault.

I hit my head and had a concussion, whiplash, and persistent headaches. I went to urgent care the next morning and they just gave me tylenol and told me to monitor, not much more they could do

I reached out to Lyft and they said that the other driver’s insurance has accepted liability. What sort of settlement should I ask for / expect? Is it worth it to contact a personal injury lawyer?
